The Frostpine Log is gathered from Frostpine Trees found throughout the TinderFrost Woods and Charlin. They must be harvested using a Titanite Hatchet or greater. These logs can be used to craft Frostpine Planks, which can then be used to craft wooden tools of the variety given the player also has the proper carpentry skill.  The selling of them is also known to be one of the most effective means of acquiring gold - along with selling Emerald Koi and farming boss loot - giving 625 gold per log at most when sold in Enki or Charlin.
